What to expect?
Celebrate your child’s special day with an unforgettable Mission Grit® birthday party in Charlotte or Fort Mill. Designed for children turning 6 and older, every party includes a 100% private event and exclusive use of our facility and a dedicated instructor team focused entirely on your event.
Your experience begins with a ten minute welcome period for guest arrival and check in. The celebration then kicks off with one hour of instructor led obstacle courses, adventure missions, team building challenges, high energy games, and a group photo. After the activities, everyone enjoys a thirty minute food and cake celebration featuring our signature Sword Cake Cutting Ceremony, where the birthday child is the star of the day. We will finish the party with a final obstacle course before assisting with the departure.
From setup to cleanup, our team handles every detail, including leading activities, organizing the celebration, serving food, coordinating the cake ceremony, and assisting with departure. Parents can relax and enjoy the celebration while we create an organized, fun, and memorable experience from start to finish.
From the moment your guests arrive until the last present and leftover food are loaded into your car, our team manages every detail so you can simply enjoy celebrating your child’s special day.

Our exceptional instructors customize every event to match the birthday child’s age group — from 5 to 13 years old — ensuring activities are age-appropriate, challenging, and fun. This personalized approach guarantees maximum success, nonstop excitement, and lasting memories for everyone involved. And most importantly, we make sure the spotlight shines brightly on the birthday child, making them the true star of their special day.
How Much and What's Included
Our birthday party pricing is simple and flexible. The base package is $380 and includes everything needed for an unforgettable private birthday experience.

Concierge level service, including party setup assistance if needed, unloading items from your vehicle, leading all obstacle course activities and team challenges, food serving, cleanup, packing remaining food, organizing gifts and personal belongings, and departure assistance, including loading presents and belongings into your vehicle
You may book a birthday party for up to 30 participants. Each additional participant beyond the first 10 is $20 per child.
