Our camps are second to none! Each day in the camp is a world on its own.
All our camps are 100% developmental and we work on physical, mental, social and character development. We are committed to inspire children to discover their higher potential, learn active thinking, develop problem solving skills, endure failure, build strong relationships, develop respectful mindset, and of course have a great time while doing it. These are not just fancy words for us. This is our DNA. We are backed by years of serious child mentoring, R&D in the field of child development, military experience and a powerful vision.
All our our camps offer a wide variety of experiences that include: obstacle courses, fitness, adventure scenario based quests, creative team building challenges, carnival style games, mind games, confidence challenges, DIY projects, parkour activities, sports inspired games, confidence courses, self defense, team challenge relay races, sensory development activities and so much more.

PERSONAL ATTENTION
To facilitate the ultimate experience we specifically keep our camps to be small in size. This allows us to provide personal attention to every single child in the camp, increase the amount of the activities, and keep every single child safe and happy.
All our camps are great for boys and girls ages 7-13.
Due to the fact that our camps are small in size and very popular, we encourage you to sign up in advance as they get booked up very quickly.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
We apply a sophisticated layer of financial management development. This is very fun for the kids and develops accountability, goal set up, long term planning, respect and independent thinking. This is a true hands on experience that teaches them applicable life skills. It's like a real life monopoly board game.
All our activities are monetized and kids earn Mission Grit™ Money (MGM points). ...
Our campers are split into small teams and they work together through the challenges as a team while earning MGM’s. They spend, invest, and donate their hard earned MGM’s throughout the day by purchasing supplies for their challenges, can hire our instructors to help with complex tasks, donate to other teams, purchase real estate in our facility, rent out their investments to others, can be fined if go against the rules, pay taxes on earnings (true story) and buy fun stuff from us such as popsicles, snacks and gifts. This is truly amazing to see how children more often than not will invest their resources and not spend on items they don't need. They begin to respect their time and effort while learning about return on investment(ROI).
The teams make their decisions collectively while being respectful one to another and open for ideas.
They learn to build an effective enterprise where everyone on the team is contributing to the success of their enterprise.
We teach kids not just that hard work pays off but the art of managing resources through effective decision making.
OUR TEAM
A powerful concept can’t exist without positive, professional, patient, energetic and inspiring role model mentors. This is why we do not employ temporary employees, or seasonal counselors for any of our services.
All our camps are powered by our year round staff. Some of our Mentors are Military Veterans, that bring their unique life wisdom, innovation and strong character traits to help children discover their leadership voice. Part of our community involvement (enrichment) is to employ talented and serious high school students that work with us on a year round basis, while performing assistant instructor tasks.
